KUKOSEKANA KWA MUDA KWA HUDUMA ZA VITAMBULISHO VYA TAIFA

Wakala wa Usajili wa Biashara na Mali Zanzibar (BPRA) inapenda kuujulisha Umma kuwa kwa sasa huduma za Vitambulisho vya Taifa hazipatikani katika mfumo wa ORS kutokana na changamoto ya kiufundi.

Ofisi inachukua hatua za haraka kushughulikia suala hilo na kuhakikisha huduma hiyo inarejea kwa haraka.

BPRA inaomba radhi kwa usumbufu wowote utakaojitokeza kutokana na hali hii, na inawashukuru kwa uvumilivu na uelewa wao.

Taarifa zaidi kuhusu kurejea kwa huduma zitatolewa mara baada ya huduma hizo kurejea katika hali ya kawaida.

TEMPORARY UNAVAILABILITY OF NATIONAL IDENTITY SERVICES

The Zanzibar Business and Property Registration Agency (BPRA) wishes to inform the general public that, currently, National Identity Card services are temporarily unavailable through the ORS system due to a technical challenge.

The Agency is taking immediate measures to address the issue and ensure that the service is restored as soon as possible.

BPRA sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this situation may cause and appreciates the public’s patience, understanding, and cooperation.

Further information regarding the restoration of the service will be provided once the service returns to normal operation.
